Refund Policy

Our policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with Nudge Pro for any reason. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@nudgefriends.com within 7 days of your payment with the subject line "Refund Request." We will process your refund within 5 business days.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal inside your Nudge dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again.
