Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Nudge ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Nudge does

Nudge is a personal relationship reminder tool. You add contacts, set a check-in rhythm, and we send you email reminders when it is time to reach out. We do not contact your contacts on your behalf — we only send emails to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free and paid tiers

The free tier allows up to 6 contacts at no charge. The Pro tier is $5 per month and allows unlimited contacts. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nudge for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Data

We store your email address, your contact names and notes, and your check-in history. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (email delivery via Mailtrap, payments via Paddle).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination all your data is permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of liability

Nudge is provided as-is. We are not liable for any missed reminders, lost contacts, or other damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
